101 What is Holly's cat's name?
Answer: Cat

She always brings up the fact of naming the cat.
trivia question Quick Question
Holly knows a man named Sally Tomato. What does he give her?

102 What was the name of the man Holly almost married in the movie?
Answer: Jose

Jose is from Brazil and Holly almost ends up getting married and moving there.
103 Riding in the cab after leaving jail, Holly says, "There are certain shades of _________ that can wreck a girl's complexion." Shades of what?
Answer: limelight

She adds that "they'll have the rope up at every saloon in town." In her circles, I would imagine it's especially bad to be considered a snitch, however unwittingly or unwillingly.
104 At the party, O.J. offers to get Paul a drink. What type of liquor does Paul say he'll have?
Answer: bourbon

I always thought this scene might have included a bit of an ad-libbed-over blooper. Paul replies "bourbon", and then O.J. asks if he wants it with rocks. Paul says, looking distracted, "Yeah. No! Water." O.J.'s response is, "Okay, but rocks first, right?", and Paul, slightly confused, snaps back to the conversation and agrees. Something about the way the lines were delivered made me wonder if George Peppard didn't goof a bit and Martin Balsam was trying to get him back on track. They proceeded neatly from there, however, so maybe it really was scripted that way. I just thought it seemed a little less polished than the rest of the film's dialogue, so it stood out to me.
105 Finish the quote about what the "thumping bore" model threatened to do to Rusty Trawler, one of her two dates to the party, for cavorting with Holly: "I'm going to march you over to the zoo and feed you to the ___!"
Answer: yak

Obviously a drunken utterance. Who feeds someone to a YAK? Wouldn't a lion or a bear have been a more meaningful threat? Good thing she passed out before she had the chance to try.
106 What is the name of the song that Holly sings?
Answer: Moon River

107 Holly knows a man named Sally Tomato. What does he give her?
Answer: a weather report

He is using Holly to pass some codes to his associates in the form of a weather report.
108 Paul and Holly had a difficult time trying to find something within their $10 budget at Tiffany's, but the salesman did his best to help. How much did the salesman say the sterling telephone dialer would cost?
Answer: $6.75, including tax

"Including Federal tax" he reiterates when Paul confirms the price. Ultimately, they opt have the Crackerjack ring engraved instead.
109 When Holly realizes that the model is about to pass out and fall over, she hollers this warning:
Answer: "Timber!"

Considering the resemblance I thought Dorothy Whitney bore to a tree trunk, I found this was a most apt choice of phrase.
110 Paul and Holly steal 2 items from a small shop. What are they?
Answer: masks

They steal a dog and cat mask and put them on.
111 How does O.J. Berman say they were able to smooth out Holly's original backwoods, Texas accent?
Answer: they gave her French lessons

I thought that was a great way to incorporate Audrey Hepburn's own Belgian/Dutch accent into the movie while explaining its presence in a New York City setting quite neatly.
112 Paul is finally able to get writing again, both because Holly replaced the ribbon for his typewriter, and because she inspired his next short story. How much did Paul get paid for the story?
Answer: $50

Fifty dollars is a frequently recurring theme in this movie. Of course, it makes perfect sense later because then Paul has exactly the requisite $50 to offer Holly as an insult when she rejects him at the library.
113 What is Holly's original name?
Answer: Lula Mae

Her real name was Lula Mae Barnes.
114 Also at Holly's party, we see a man with an eye patch. What is his name?
Answer: Mike

Although he's not credited as such (he's just "Man with Eye Patch"), we learn his name when Holly is talking with him while holding her cigarette a little too close to the lady in the bluish-purple hat. Perhaps not coincidentally, his real name was Michael Quinn.
115 What is the name of the movie's theme song?
Answer: Moon River

She plays the guitar and sings it on the fire escape outside her apartment window.
116 From what state does that thumping bore of a model, Mag Wildwood, hail?
Answer: Arkansas

She introduces herself to O.J. Berman, and says that she's from "Wildwood, Arkansas. That's hill country." And boy do they raise 'em tall and solid down there, if she's any indication!
117 Why didn't Holly marry Rusty Trawler?
Answer: he married someone else

The reason she didn't marry him was that he married someone else. We learn this when Paul picks up the newspaper and sees Rusty's wedding photo plastered on the front page. Holly decides she's actually quite relieved since it turns out rich ol' Rusty really OWES $600,000.
118 When the delivery boy arrives at Holly's party with "reinforcements", what's the total amount of the bill?
Answer: we don't really know - he never finishes saying

I know the $47.80 answer was tempting, but in reality, we never find out the actual total. He gets most of the way through "forty-seven", but before we can find out the total, he's interrupted when Holly goes off to greet other guests. Paul just hands him a drink instead, and he shrugs and joins the festivities.
119 Holly wouldn't let Paul spend his whole $50 on her, but she agrees to let him buy a gift for under $10. When they explain the situation to the Tiffany's salesman, what item does he pull out of the display case to show them?
Answer: a sterling silver telephone dialer

"For the lady or gentleman who has everything." This is the one thing that probably most dates the film. In those days, there were only rotary phones, and novelty items like this helped preserve the fingernails of the more delicate telephone users.
120 When Paul takes Holly to Tiffany's what does he ask for?
Answer: something under $10

Paul only has $10.00. He also gets a cracker jack ring engraved for her.
121 Tangential bonus question: The Tiffany salesman was played by the sedately distinguished John McGiver. What other film starring Audrey Hepburn did John McGiver appear in?
Answer: Love in the Afternoon

He's actually got quite an impressive filmography, but my first and probably most memorable sighting of him was in 1975's "The Apple Dumpling Gang" with Don Knotts and Tim Conway. Thanks for playing!
122 What does Holly think of diamonds?
Answer: Tacky

She says women under 40 look tacky in them.
